MPS of Vietnam and MSS of China promote cooperation
PSNews – Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security (MPS) received a delegation of the Ministry of State Security (MSS) of China led by Mr. Liao Miao Wen, Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Security Bureau, on their friendly visit to the MPS of Vietnam.

At the reception, Deputy Minister Thanh stressed that the bilateral relations between Vietnam and China have been growing in all areas in recent years.
In addition, the cooperation between the MPS of Vietnam and the MSS of China has also been expanded in a practical and effective manner, which has met the demands and aspirations of cooperation between the two sides, contributing to maintaining stability and development of each country.
Deputy Minister Thanh hoped that the two sides would continue to promote the exchange of delegations at all levels, particularly at the high level, in the coming time, improve the quality of information exchange, especially strategic information, ensure absolute safety for visits of senior delegations to the other country, important events to be held in each country; promote cooperation in the fields of cyber security, international terrorism, traditional security and non-traditional security.
Mr. Liao thanked the host for the warm reception and pledged that he would further contribute to promoting the fine traditional friendship between the two countries and effective cooperation between the two ministries in the coming time.
