MPS reviews administrative management of social order

PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on November 30 organized a video conference to review the management and education of ex-prisoners in the localities, management of enterprises doing conditional business lines, and management of agencies, organizations and businesses’ use of seals.

Reports at the conference revealed that all police units in charge of social order at all levels have well performed their responsibilities and tasks. They identified and prevented signs of crimes in time as well as managed and educated former offenders to reintegrate into society and become good citizens.

The good State management of enterprises with business fields requiring security and order conditions as well as of the use of official seals really facilitated local social management, socio-economic development, security and order and protection of legitimate rights and interests of organizations, agencies, businesses and citizens in civil transactions, and attracted much domestic and foreign investment into business fields requiring security and order conditions.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong recognized and praised the achievements gained by the police force for administrative management of social order in the past time. 

Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong presents Certificates of Merit of the MPS to various police officers and teams.

He also asked the force to give recommendations to complete the legal framework on administrative management of social order while promoting effectiveness of the protection of security and order in the locality. 

Additionally, Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong pointed out the importance of the management and education of former prisoners.

Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong also asked the Administrative Management of Social Order Police Department to evaluate practical impacts of the conditional business lines on the situation of security and order while focusing on ensuring social order before, during and after the 2019 Lunar New Year festival.
