MPS’s delegation pays tribute to Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro

PSNews – A high ranking delegation of the Ministry of Public Security, led by its Minister, Senior Lieutenant General To Lam on November 29 paid homage to late Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro at the Cuban Embassy in Hanoi.

At the meeting with the Cuban Ambassador in Vietnam Herminio Díaz López, Minister To Lam expressed deep regret at the decease of the great Cuban revolutionary leader, and the great friend, faithful and close comrade and brother of Vietnam.

The Vietnamese Minister of Public Security wrote on the funeral book: “On behalf of the Vietnamese People’s Public Security Forces, I extend most sincere condolences to the Party, State and people of Cuba and family of the Commander in Chief of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz.

“The Vietnamese Public Security Forces always admire the great devotion of President Fidel Castro to the national liberation and national development causes of Cuba.  Comrade Fidel Castro, as a great and loyal friend of the Vietnamese, made a significant contribution to fostering comprehensive cooperation and mutual trust between the two Parties and nations of Vietnam and Cuba.”

“I believe, the Party, the State and the Cuban people will soon overcome this painful loss and continue to achieve new victories in building and defending the socialist country, following aspirations of Comrade Fidel Castro Ruz", he concluded.
