MPS’s delegation pays tribute to late Thai King Bhumibol Adulyadej

Major General Mai Van Ha, deputy head of General Department of Politics, authorized by leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, led a high-ranking delegation of the Ministry of Public Security to the Thai Embassy in Hanoi on October 17 to pay respect to late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

On behalf of the Ministry of Public Security, Major General Ha offered the deepest condolences to the Queen, Royal Family, leaders and people of Thailand, voicing the belief that they will soon overcome this heavy loss to continue developing the country.

He stressed that Vietnam always treasures the King’s sentiment towards its people, as well as his precious contributions to the friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries in general and between Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security and Thailand’s law enforcement agencies in particular.

King Bhumibol Adulyadej, is the world’s longest-reigning monarch died at 88 on October 14.
