MPS's leaders meet public security delegates to National Youth Union Congress

PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security's leaders on December 9 had a meeting with public security officers, who attend the 11th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security presided over the meeting.

The meeting also saw the participation of Senior Colonel Nguyen Hai Trung, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the People's Public Security Forces; leaders of relevant agencies of the General Department of Politics and 54 public security delegates to the National Youth Union Congress.

At the event, the public security Youth Union delegation's representatives briefed the leaders of the ministry and agencies on the agenda of the congress, and the composition of the public security Youth Union delegation to the National Youth Union Congress.

The Deputy Minister hailed the achievements of the Public Security Youth Union organization in the past years. According to him, youths of the People's Public Security Forces restlessly drilled in both virtues and expertise and matured in all aspects, while most of the members of the MPS's Youth Union organization inherited and promoted the glorious traditions of the People's Public Security Forces.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh congratulated the 54 public security delegates to the National Youth Union Congress, who are honored to represent some 200,000 youths of the Ministry of Public Security  joining the biggest youth congress of the country.

Speaking highly of the preparation of the public security delegates to the National Youth Union Congress, he urged the delegates to actively contribute to the congress and raise constructive opinions, to contribute to the success of the congress.

The Deputy Minister also requested the delegates to promote the dissemination of outstanding individuals and organization of the public security forces in the mass media.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh also required the public security youth delegates to thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 11th National Youth Union Congress, the Resolution of the 21th Ministry of Public Security Youth Union Congress to later popularize them to all young public security officers and soldiers.
