Men's Football Cup 2017 for Northern public security schools kicks off
PSNews - On the occasion of the Vietnam Students’ Day on January 9th and to celebrate the Year of Rooster 2017, on January 5th, the Youth Union organization of the Ministry of Public Security opened the Men's Football Cup 2017 for Northern public security academies and schools.
The Men's Football Cup 2017 for Northern academies and schools of public security is a concrete activity to implement the Resolution of the 20th Public Security Youth Union Congress on improving cultural, intellectual and physical life for youth union members.

This also provides a useful playground and an ebullient atmosphere for public security students as well as promotes physical training and sports movements among youth union members. It also serves as a venue for them to exchange experiences in study and enhance the solidarity.

On behalf of the organizers, Major Dong Duc Vu requested all participating teams to strictly follow the tournament's regulations, to promote solidarity, noble spirit and good cultural features in sports, and play excellent matches with many nice goals.

The Men's Football Cup 2017 witnesses the participation of 8 teams playing under the single round-robin rule.
At the opening ceremony, the Armed Police School played against People's Security College 1while the People's Police Academy played against the Fire Prevention and Fighting University.
