Minister To Lam attends Belarusian Police 100th anniversary celebration

PSNews - Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Minister of Public Security led a delegation to join a grand ceremony to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Belarusian Police on March 4th. 

Within the framework of the Belarus visit, Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Minister of Public Security led a delegation to join the cerebration of 100th anniversary of the Belarusian Police on March 4th.

The ceremony saw the participation of Belarusian President Alexsandr Lukashenko, generations of Belarus policemen and 16 international delegations

Speaking at the ceremony, President Alexsandr Lukashenko recalled the noble traditions of the Belarusian police force in the periods of force establishment, building and development.

Minister To Lam presenting the Vietnam's Friendship Order to the Ministry of Interior of Belarus for its large contribution to developing the friendship and cooperation between the two countries. 

President Lukashenko highly appreciated the great effort and contribution of the Belarusian police force in the past years, especially in the struggles of crime prevention, ensuring social order and safety. 

Amid growing challenges, President Lukashenko instructed the Belarusian police force to promote the glorious traditions and improve professional capacity, so as to fulfill all assignments and deserve the trust of the Belarusian people. 

Minister To Lam and his delegation then participated in the military parade ceremony at Independence Square. 

The same day, on behalf of the Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang, Minister To Lam presented the Vietnam's Friendship Order to the Ministry of Interior of Belarus for its large contribution to developing the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
