Minister To Lam inspects task performances of public security units

General To Lam, Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security, leading a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) visited officers, soldiers and workers of the Logistics Department and the Department of Planning and Finance under the MPS on the morning of February 17.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, and Major General To An Xo, Chief of the MPS Office, joined the delegation.

At the meetings, representatives of public security units briefed Minister To Lam and other delegates on the task performances of the unit in the past time, especially during Tet holiday.

Speaking at the meetings, on behalf of the MPS leadership, Minister To Lam acknowledged and praised the working results and achievements made by the units in 2020. He then extended Lunar New Year (Tet) wishes to the staff of the departments.

Minister To Lam asked officers and soldiers of the units to overcome difficulties and successfully complete their assigned tasks in the lunar new year, thus contributing to the building of the professional and modernized Public Security Forces by 2030.
