Minister To Lam meets citizens

At the meeting, the MPS minister and other delegates from the MPS received petitions from citizens, listened to their complaints about State agencies that have not yet dealt with their petitions and complaints or solved them with dissatisfactory results.

Minister To Lam clarified and explained complaints one by one, and also asked the Inspectorate of the MPS and involved units and agencies under the MPS to soon resolve the remaining issues. The results of the solved cases must be reported to the Ministry’s leaders.

Regarding the complaints and denunciations beyond the authority, responsibility and operation of the MPS, Minister To Lam instructed the citizens to send their petitions to the right ministries and agencies for solutions.

At the meeting, citizens also thanked the MPS’s leaders and functional agencies for listening to them, explaining the issue very clearly, and give good recommendations and solutions to handling of the cases.
