On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam warmly welcomed the NA deputies to Hanoi to attend the 10th NA session.

Minister To Lam said that the second phase of the 10th NA session will take place in 12 days to discuss three groups of important issues. The NA will discuss and give comments on four law projects drafted by the Ministry of Public Security, of which deputies are expected to vote the revised Law on Residence.

The Minister requested the NA deputies from the Public Security Forces to uphold their sense of responsibility during the session, and especially give good ideas to the building of the law projects related to the Public Security Forces. 

The deputies should also highlight the achievements and contributions made by the Public Security Forces to ensuring security and order, maintaining political stability, creating a safe and secure environment for the country's socio-economic development and international integration at the NA session.
