At the meeting, voters of Tien Du district highly appreciated the task performance of the Public Security Forces over the past time, especially after one year of implementing the project on reinforcing professional police officers to communes.

The police have strengthened close relations with the local people so they could solve cases of public order and security violation and fight crimes from the early stage, that created positive changes in the security and social order situation in the locality.

Responding to voters' questions about law making, Minister To Lam said that the National Assembly passed 7 law projects and still considered 4 other law projects, of which the MPS drafted 4 law projects and 1 Resolution.

Notably, the Residence Law (revised) drafted by the MPS has just been passed by the National Assembly. This law has several new regulations such as the cancellation of household registration books and issuance of personal identification numbers. Accordingly, all information of citizens will be integrated and electronically managed in the National Population Data System while personal ID cards will be chip-mounted, QR-scanned and printed in Vietnamese and English.

At the meeting, Minister To Lam answered all questions and noted all comments from voters. He also suggested the leaders of the local Party Committee and authorities pay more attention to addressing the remaining issues in the locality, meeting local people’s legitimate aspirations so as to mobilize all local people to build a strong and sustainably developed Bac Ninh province.
