Minister To Lam receives the US Ambassador to Vietnam

An overview of the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister To Lam expressed his delight at the good development of the cooperation between Vietnam and the United States in various fields including politics, economy, culture, society, security and national defense, contributing to the sustainable development of each country over the past time. Besides, Minister To Lam affirmed that bilateral relations and cooperation between the Vietnamese MPS and the relevant US agencies has gained fruitful results.

In addition, Minister To Lam suggested that the Vietnamese MPS and the relevant US agencies continue to expand cooperation in prevention and control of drug-related crime, cyber-crime, terrorism and other transnational crime in the time to come.

Sincere thanking Minister To Lam for the kind reception, Ambassador Daniel Kritenbrink asserted that he in his capacity as the US Ambassador to Vietnam will seek to promote relations and cooperation between the MPS and relevant US agencies, which serves as an important factor to build mutual trust and tighten bilateral relations between the two countries.
