Minister To Lam sends letter praising female police officers for their devotion to work

PSNews - General To Lam, Minister of Public Security, on August 19, sent a letter to all under-ministerial agencies and units, municipal/provincial police departments, and the Public Security Women’s Union Chapter, praising a number of female police officers for their efforts and achievements in ensuring security and order, and in implementing the policy of deploying full-time police officers to communal police posts.

The letter reads:

Implementing the Resolution No.22-NQ/TW issued on March 15th, 2018, by the Politburo on renovating and streamlining the Ministry of Public Security apparatus for more efficiency and effectiveness, various local police units have actively advised the local Party organization and authorities over the past time to draw up plans to deploy full-time police officers to communal posts. As a result, the project has achieved some good outcomes, creating good changes in security and order at the grassroots level.

Some 5,000 police officers have been posted to communal police posts so far.

Many female police officers have overcome various difficulties and volunteered and undertaken working posts at communes and townships that had complex situations of security and order. They include Captain H'Lunh Mlo, Vice Head of the Police Post of Quang Phu township, Cu M’gar district, Dak Lak province; Major Nguyen Tra My, Vice Head of the Police Post of Ea Tu commune, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak; Senior Lieutenant Vu Quynh Anh, Vice Head of the Police Post of Tan Viet commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen… They have set good examples of the police officer who is always loyal to the Party, the country and the people, and wholeheartedly serves the people.

On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam appreciated the efforts and achievements of all provincial/municipal police departments in ensuring security and order in the past time. Minister To Lam also applauded the voluntary and pioneering spirit and devotion of the female police officers.

Minister To Lam asked all police units to create favorable conditions for the newly-posted police officers, particularly female ones, to successfully fulfill their duties, contributing to ensuring security and order, and protecting a peaceful and happy life of the people.
