Ministerial-level excellent police teacher contest opens

The contest, which attracted excellent teachers and lecturers of higher police schools, aimed to promote good teaching movements among all public security educational institutions.
Particularly, it encouraged higher police schools to actively renew and innovate their academic programs and facilities as well as to apply technology to improve the teaching and training quality.

It also created favorable conditions for teachers of police schools to exchange knowledge and experiences so as to promote and multiply excellent teaching ideas and methods.
This year's contest gathered 59 outstanding teachers from 4 people's police schools, competing in 4 categories: Political Theory, Law, Professional Technique, and National Defense Education and Martial Arts.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major Lieutenant General Bui Minh Giam, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics and Head of the Organizer Board asked the contestants to show their creativity and teaching skills during the contest.
The organizers would create the best conditions for the contestants to demonstrate their potentials and abilities, he said.
