Ministry of Public Security Youth Union runs voluntary activities in Ha Giang

PSNews- Within the framework of the Voluntary Youth Campaign 2016, in 2 days November 5th, 6th, the Youth Union organization of the Ministry of Public Security in collaboration with the Ha Giang Provincial Youth Union organization and Ha Giang Provincial Police organized social voluntary activities in Thuong Tan commune, Bac Me district, Ha Giang Province.

Participated inthe activities were also representatives of PetroVietnam's Youth Union organization, Vietin Bank's Youth Union organization, fashion company Letamodel Hanoi.

The voluntary youth delegation visited and presented gifts to 30 families beneficiary policy and needy local households (each gift worth VND 500 thousand); donated bunk beds, school supplies, blankets, warm clothing, sweets to primary and secondary school students; provided free health checks and medicines to 500 people; offered 29 breeding goats to the local Vanguard Youth Team for Fatherland Security along with socio-economic development of Thuong Tan commune(worth VND 50 million).

Meanwhile, the Ha Giang Police Office for Administrative Affairs and Social Order organized a free section to renew identity cards for 200 people in Thuong Tan commune while the Ha Giang Traffic Police Office held a training drive on the road and waterway traffic laws for local people.

On the same day, the Ministry of Public Security's Youth Union organization in collaboration with provincial police units organized a cultural exchange program themed "For the peaceful life".
