A delegation of the Public Security Ministry led by Major General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security on July 21 hosted an incense and floral offering ceremony in commemoration to Uncle Ho at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh in the MPS headquarters.

The incense and floral offering ceremony also saw the participation of Major General Le Tan Toi, Deputy Minister of Public Security, members of the Public Security Central Party Committee as well as other representatives of ministry-level units.

All delegates expressed their respect and gratitude to the beloved President Ho Chi Minh for his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Vietnamese people and the Party in general and the Public Security Forces in particular.

Over the past time, the public security officers and soldiers have raised their sense of responsibility, studied and trained, strengthened their political stance, and been absolutely loyal to the Party’s leadership and the State’s laws. 

They have also promoted internal solidarity and close relationship with the people, and contributed positively to ensuring national security, social order and safety as well as to maintaining a peaceful life for people.

They promised to follow the revolutionary path chosen by President Ho Chi Minh and the Party, be absolutely loyal to the Party, the State and the people, and build a good effective structural organization of the Public Security Forces that are capable of fighting all kinds of crimes, and ensuring national security and order.
