Movement “All People Protecting Security” reviewed
PSNews – The Lao Cai Provincial Public Security Forces held a conference on October 28th morning to summarize the implementation of the “All People Protecting Security” movement in the 2006 – 2016 period.

The meeting drew the participation of Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Khao, Director of Department V28 under the Ministry of Public Security; Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Dang Xuan Thanh, Deputy Chairman of the Lao Cai People’s Committee, Head of the Steering Committee of the movement; and leaders of other agencies, branches in the province.

Over the past 10 years, the “All People Protecting Security” movement in Lao Cai has reaped large fruits.
Dozens of good concepts and models were formed and developed at local villages, households, residential areas, agencies, companies and schools, contributing to improving the efficiency of prevention and combat against crimes and social problems, as well as to expanding the movement “All People Protecting Security”, which led to a stable and favourable environment for socio-economic development.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security, the Lao Cai People’s Committee and the Lao Cai Provincial Public Security Forces awarded certificates of merit to organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in building and multiplying good examples, models and concepts of the movement across localities of the province in 2006 – 2016 period.
