New Chief Editor of Public Security Newspaper appointed
The Department of Information and Communications of Public Security organized a year-beginning meeting on January 30 and announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of the new Editor-in-Chief of the Public Security Newspaper (PSN).

Lieutenant General Mai Van Ha, Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Public Security, chaired the meeting.
Under the authority of the Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Mai Van Ha handed the decision on the appointment of Senior Colonel Pham Quang Khai, Vice Chief Editor of PSN, to the position of Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper from February 1. Senior Colonel Pham Quang Khai was born in 1968, in Ninh So commune, Thuong Tin district, Hanoi.

Lieutenant General Mai Van Ha hoped that Senior Colonel Pham Quang Khai in his new position would do his best to promote unity among the newspaper’s staff and fulfil his tasks.
Senior Colonel Pham Quang Khai expressed his thanks to the Central Party Committee of Public Security, leaders of the Ministry and the Department for their trust in him. He also vowed to do his best to make positive contributions to the success and development of the newspaper and the department.
