Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh congratulates Senior Colonel Le Vinh Quy.

The appointment ceremony saw the participation of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Mr. Bui Van Cuong, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the appointment ceremony on March 1 in Dak Lak province, Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Van Thanh highly valued the working results of Senior Colonel Le Vinh Quy during his service in the provincial police of Lam Dong, saying that he had contributed to socio-economic development of the province.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh requested that Senior Colonel Le Vinh Quy should continue to heighten his sense of working responsibility, promote solidarity in the new unit, bring into full play his abilities and expertise while assuming the new post, and lead the local police forces to overcome all challenges and successfully fulfill all assigned tasks.

For his part, Senior Colonel Le Vinh Quy expressed his gratitude to the provincial Party Committee and authorities, the Ministry of Public Security, the leadership and officers of the provincial police of Lam Dong for their thoughtfulness and support for him over the past time.

He vowed to try his best to complete all given tasks while wishing more support from leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Party committees and authorities, and the provincial police of Dak Lak.
