New Director of Hung Yen Provincial Police appointed

PSNews – The Ministry of Public Security hosted a ceremony on April 28 in Hung Yen to announce decisions on personnel of the Hung Yen Provincial Police Department. Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired the event.

Under the authority of the Minister of Public Security, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang announced and handed over the decision on the appointment to Senior Colonel Pham Dang Khoa, who will take the post of Director of Hung Yen Provincial Police Department under the decision.
Senior Colonel Pham Dang Khoa was born in 1966 in Yen Hoa Commune, Yen Mo District, Ninh Binh Province. He earlier served as the Vice Director of Hung Yen Police.At the ceremony, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang also handed over the decision to appoint Colonel Nguyen Thanh Son, Head of the Van Giang District Police, to the position of Vice Director of the Hung Yen Police Department.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang congratulated the two police officers on their new appointment.
He hoped that they would heighten their sense of responsibility, promote the unit’s solidarity, maintain police discipline, and lead the local police forces to build a strong and clean unit.
The new leaders were also required to coordinate closely with local authorities, agencies and branches to ensure security and order, and successfully organize the Party congresses at all local levels.
