New HCMC Police’s leader appointed

PSNews – The Municipal Police of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) on August 20 hosted a ceremony to announce a decision of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of a new Vice Director of the Municipal Police Department.

The ceremony saw the presence of Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security, representatives from the Department of Organization and Personnel, and the Directorate of the HCMC Police Department.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son handed the decision of the Minister of Public Security, under which Senior Colonel Cao Dang Hung, 52, Vice Director of the Management Department under the General Department of Logistics and Techniques undertakes the position of Vice Director of HCMC Police Department.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son congratulated Senior Colonel Hung on his new position and asked him to complete his assigned tasks and join common efforts to build the Party Committee and the Directorate of the HCMC Police Department.
