Nghe An Police asked to improve efficiency of logistics and techniques

The delegation consisted of leaders of general departments, operational departments of the Ministry of Public Security as well as leaders of Nghe An province and representatives from the police offices of 21 districts of the province.

Delivering a summarization report on the task performance of the provincial police force in 2016 and the first month of 2017, Senior Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau, Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police said the force well performed its functions as an advisor to the local Party Committee and local authorities on national security and management of social order and safety.

“The Nghe An Provincial Police has also implemented many plans to deny the existence of any “black spots” of social order, and to maintain absolute safety for the people during the Tet holiday,” Senior Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau emphasized.
At the working session, leaders of general departments and operational departments under the Ministry of Public Security exchanged with officers of the Nghe An Provincial Police professional experience and knowledge of technique and logistic work, construction and procurement and asset management.
On behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister Bui Van Thanh praised the provincial police force for their achievements in the past time, well contributing to the economic and social development of the locality.
Lieutenant General Bui Van Thanh then affirmed that the Ministry of Public Security will continues its supports, creating the best condition for the Nghe An Provincial Police to well performed its assigned tasks.
The Deputy Minister then asked the provincial police force to actively advise provincial Party organizations and authorities, and to mobilize all local forces to protect political security and maintain social order and safety.
The Nghe An Provincial Police has also been urged to improve the efficiency of the work of logistics and techniques to better serve the fight against crimes, contributing to creating a favorable for local socio-economic development.
