Nghe An Police launches campaign to control crime during Tet season

The campaign will officially start from 7.30 am on December 16th, 2017 and last until February 28th, 2018 with the simultaneous deployment of all police units in the province.

This year's campaign aims to prevent, detect and fight any conspiracies, methods and activities of hostile forces; suppress new types of crime; control the number of criminals, social evils, traffic accidents, fire and explosion incidents.

The Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police also urged the provincial police force to focus on illegal property appropriation cases, murders, intentional injury cases, drug-related crimes, gambling cases, and food safety and environment violations.

The police units in all localities should mobilize their whole force, vehicles and resources to apply synchronously and drastically professional methods to suppress crimes, excellently fulfilling the assigned tasks in the peak period.
