OIC reviews task performance in 2020

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of Central Party Committee, Chairman of the Public Security Central Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, attended the event.

The event also saw the presence of Major General Hoang Duc Lung, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, and Major General Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Director of the Department of Party and Political Work.

In 2020, the Party Committee and leadership of the OIC has closely followed the resolutions and working plans of the Central Party Committee of Public Security and the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), seriously implemented the movement “All people protecting national security” and successfully fulfilled its assigned political tasks.

Speaking at the event, on behalf of the Central Party Committee of Public Security and leadership of the MPS, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh praised the OIC for its good working results in 2020.

He then asked the Party Committee, leadership and police officers and soldiers of the OIC to attach importance to fulfilling their main functions of conducting inspection and supervision, and exercising the Party discipline.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh also urged the OIC to strengthen coordination with the Inspection Commissions of local police units as well as public security agencies under the MPS.

At the conference, under the authority of the Party and the State, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh awarded the fist-class and the third-class Fatherland Protection Orders to 3 outstanding officials of the unit.
