Organizing Board of Women's Congress of Ministry of Public Security term 2016-2021 convenes
PSNews– The Organizing Committee of the Women's Congress of Ministry of Public Security for the 2016-2021 term, on November 3, held a meeting under the chairmanship of Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Muoi, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Public Security Forces.
Senior Colonel Ngo Hoai Thu, Chairman of the Women's Union Organization of Public Security presented draft agendas of the Congress, plans for the preparatory session and the official congress as well as a suggested title of the political report to be delivered to the Congress. Especially, the emulation movement among public security women is expected to be renamed to "Women of the Public Security forces learning and following ideology, morality, lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh, upholding discipline and creativity for Fatherland’s security, and building their happy families". The meeting will also prepare for the next term Women’s Union Committee of the Ministry of Public Security and elect a delegation to attend the 12th National Women's Congress.

Concluding the meeting, Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Muoi expected the members of the organizing committee with the spirit of solidarity and responsibility to compete their assigned tasks, contributing to the success of the Congress.
He underscored that the Congress should seriously consider about the title of political report to be presented at the Congress; the change in the name of the emulation movement. Regarding the personnel, he suggested the Congress should ensure all criteria of the members of the Women’s Union Committee while paying attention to the inheritance and development of the composition of the Women’s Union Committee, meeting the task requirements of the Executive Committee .
Congress should be organized in a formal and economic manner and be successful in terms of both content and form, meeting all objectives and requirements. It is also necessary to promote the popularization of outstanding examples of basic-level Women’s Union organizations before, during and after the congress, as well as to disseminate information about the process and atmosphere and results of the congress.
The congress is scheduled to take place in 2 days, November 23th and 24th with the participation of 250 delegates of theWomen's Union organisations of the Ministry of Public Security.
