Over 320 police officers and students donate blood for their comrades

The drive was held in response to the “Blood Donation for Dear Comrades 2019” campaign. The blood donation day saw the participation of some 300 donors, who are leaders, teachers and students from the People’s Police College II.

Such a donation drive also provides an opportunity for the school’s officials and students to do the noble deed of blood donation to save lives of their comrades who are wounded while performing their duties, or who are ill and in need of blood.

The blood donation event also aimed to promote the noble deed and compassion of all officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Forces in general toward the people.
For many years, the Guard Police has held many blood donation drives with the participation of over thousands of youths and collected thousands of blood units.
