PSA honors outstanding students in scientific research competition
Major General Phi Duc Tuan - Deputy Director of the PSA chaired the event. The event also saw the participation of representatives from units of the academy, the jury board, the students’ research advisors, and the award winners.
Following the success of the 2016 - 2017 academic year's competition, this year's "Student Scientific Research" competition continued to attract a large number of students at the academy.
The organizers received 107 research projects involving 400 students, including 49 projects on security specialty, 49 projects on social sciences and humanities, and 9 projects on natural sciences.
In the preliminary round, each project was evaluated independently by two members of the specialized sub-group. 50 best projects were selected for the final round. In the final round, the authors of the 50 projects gave presentations to the jury.
At the closing ceremony, the organizers awarded first prizes to 13 outstanding projects, while 13 other projects received the second prizes. The organizers also awarded third prizes to 57 projects and consolation prizes to 22 projects.
