PSNews - In order to ensure the safety of the National High School Exams 2018, the Public Security Forces (PSF) have deployed thousands of police officers and soldiers to localities hosting the exams, and implemented security and safety measures for the exams.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), over 879,000 high school students throughout Vietnam are taking part in the important national examinations, and nearly 40,000 exam rooms have been well prepared by localities across the country. Over 45,000 teachers and officials from universities have been mobilized to serve as proctors at the exams.

The PSF have been required to actively grasp the security and order situations in localities, ensure absolute safety for the examinations, prevent any incidents of cheats and frauds, negatively affecting the results and quality of the examinations.

In particular, the Public Security Forces have deployed plans to protect the whole examination process from compiling questions of the exams, copying and transporting exam papers to localities.

The traffic police force has planned to intensify patrols and checks to ensure traffic safety and to avoid any congestions around the exam venues, facilitating travels of the students and their parents.

Besides, the PSF also focus on preventing cheats and frauds with the use of hi-tech devices during the exams.

The police force in localities has set up teams to carry out inspections over printing and photocopying businesses before and during exam period to detect and prevent cases of copying and bringing the answers to the exam rooms.
