PSFs of Ba Don take patients to hospital through flood water
Upon requirement of directorate board of Quang Binh Public Security forces, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Quang Thanh - head of Ba Don public security forces held an emergency meeting, planning to help people.
Ba Don public security forces were divided into groups, aiming to reinforce houses, distribute food and evacuate over 1000 people away from flood.

In particular, while on duty, Mr. Thanh received an emergency case over the phone. Then, he has sent an elite group to support Ms. Pham Thi My Linh in Quang Trung ward who was about to give birth at that time. Another cano arrived to Quang Hai ward to take a person to hospital for appendectomy.
Rising water level of Gianh river brought troubles in approaching people, however, the forces exerted all-out efforts to help everybody.
