People's Security College 2 kicks off traditional sport festival
The event witnessed the presence of Senior Colonel Ngo Xuan Lien, Director of People's Security College 2, Head of the Sport Festival's Organizing Committee; along with representatives of school's departments and organizations and more than 100 athletes.
This year’s Traditional Sports Festival is a practical activity to celebrate the 88th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), 87th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and 42nd traditional day of People's Security College 2 (April 25th 1976-2018).
Senior Colonel Ngo Xuan Lien said that the traditional sport festival is an annual event to evaluate and maintain the physical fitness movements among the college's teachers and students. It is an opportunity for the teachers and students to improve their physical fitness and health to successfully fulfill their assigned tasks.

It also helps promote the school’s fitness and sport movements and training its athletes with high records to compete with their peers at competitions held by the Ministry of Public Security and the General Department of Politics.
Within the festival, athletes will compete in different competitions, such as football, volleyball, tug of war, badminton, table tennis and shooting. The closing ceremony will take place on the occasion of the 42nd Traditional Day of People's Security College 2.
