People’s Security College II: Opening ceremony of new academic year
The opening new academy ceremony was well organized at the People’s Security College II – PSC II (Tam Phuoc commune, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai) on October 31.
The event was attended by Senior Lieutenant General Pham Dzung, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Lieutenant General Ksor Nham, Deputy General Director of G.D of Logistics and Techniques as well as various representatives from relevant departments and agencies.

Colonel Le Van Thien, Principal of the PSC II delivered the opening speech and launched new emulation campaigns for 2016-2017 academic year.
The previous academic year marked various achievement gained by the PSC II, namely organization of the 40
th Traditional Day of the College, receipt of Military Exploit Order – 2n Class by the State President for the second time and other certificates of merit for organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements.

The College managed education and training activities for 1,200 Vietnamese students and 210 students from Ministry of Interior of Cambodia Kingdom; wrapped up 11 courses with 1,216 students.
Deputy Minister of Public Security Mr. Dzung highly appreciated achievements by the PSC II in the last academic year.
Pham Dzung suggested 8 major goals which need accomplishing. He did believe that the College would overcome all difficulties to gain more achievements.
