Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order holds its 1st Party Congress

According to reports at the congress, under the leadership and direction of the Public Security Central Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Party Committee of PDAMSO has boosted up administrative reforms focusing on providing public services at level 3, level 4, the National One-Door Mechanism as well as the ASEAN One-Door Mechanism in the fields of identity card issuance, citizenship identification, and other essential services.

It also implemented many important subprojects related to the National Population Database Project and Project on Issuance and Management of Citizen’s Identity.

In addition, the Party organization of the PDAMSO has successfully directed and instructed the entire administrative police force to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of State management over residence management while guiding the police at the communal level to manage effectively their designated areas to prevent crimes and law violations.

Speaking at the congress, the Deputy Minister suggested that the Party organization of the PDAMSO should lead the force to  ensure the progress and effectiveness of all projects, focusing on important projects such as the National Population Database Project and the Project on Issuance and Management of Citizen’s Identity. 

Delegates elected the Party Committee of the PDAMSO for the term of 2020-2025.

“The application of information technology and online public services should be increased in the coming time,” he said.

The Deputy Minister also asked the Party organization of the PDAMSO to build it as a united, strong and clean Party organization, which is always loyal to the Party, the State and the people, and promotes the fighting spirit of the administrative police force.

At the congress, the delegates elected the Party Committee of the PDAMSO for the term 2020-2025 and a delegation to attend the 7th Public Security Party Congress.
