PSNews - As soon as the rain stopped and the floodwater began to withdraw on October 17, the Vinh City police in association with the military force, the Vinh Market Management Board and people started to clean the market to help traders soon restore their business.

Due to recent long heavy rains, a number of residential quarters and houses in Vinh city were flooded. The flooding also disrupted the traffic and local people's lives.
Particularly, Vinh market, a trading center of the North Central region, was deep in water, causing huge losses to local traders.
As soon as the rain stopped and the floodwater began to withdraw on October 17, the Vinh City police in association with the military force, the Vinh Market Management Board and people started to clean the market to help traders soon restore their business.
