Police provide Hanoi's students with knowledge of crime prevention

PSNews - Nguyen Trai Secondary School in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City on May 15 held a seminar themed "Crime prevention" for its students with the presentation of Lieutenant Colonel Dao Trung Hieu, criminologist from the Ministry of Public Security (MPS).

At the seminar, Lieutenant Colonel Dao Trung Hieu has introduced to students 4 topics, instructing the students to prevent and respond to school violence; children abduction; and fraud.

He also gave detailed guidance to identify criminals, and best methods to prevent or react to suspects who are likely to commit offenses.

Lieutenant Colonel Dao Trung Hieu also answered many questions from students of Nguyen Trai Secondary School. The provided information helped students enrich their knowledge of crime prevention, and have more skills of handling complex situations.

Nguyen Trai Secondary School has 16 classes with 580 students. In addition to its general education curriculum,  the school also pays attention to providing ethical education and skills training for students.

Such meaningful seminar would help students of Nguyen Trai Secondary School in particular and students in Hanoi in general to acquire necessary skills to protect themselves from dangers.
