Pou Chen Group presents gifts to children of needy police officers

PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security on November 23 held a reception in Hanoi to receive the aid package donated by the Chinese-Taiwanese Pou Chen International Group (China) that target children of needy police officers and soldiers in remote areas in Northern mountainous provinces

The event witnessed the presence of Lieutenant General Bui Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security.

At the reception, Major General Vu Ngoc Lan, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Relations under Ministry of Public Security received 2,500 pairs of shoes from Pou Chen Group.

Speaking at the event, Deputy General Director of Pou Chen Group thanked the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security for their efforts in ensuring security and safety for the investment activities of Chinese-Taiwanese enterprises in Vietnam, including Pou Chen International Group.

On behalf of the leaders of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Bui Van Thanh thanked the Board of Directors of Pou Chen Group for their donation of 2,500 pairs of shoes to children of needy police officers and soldiers in remote areas in Northern mountainous provinces.

The compassion and support of Pou Chen Group is significant as their gifts will encourage the beneficiary children to overcome their difficulties, study hard and become good students, and follow their father generation to develop and defend the country.

The Deputy Minister also affirmed that the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security will do its utmost to create favorable conditions for international group and enterprises, including Chinese-Taiwanese ones, to invest in Vietnam.
