Prisoners should be educated in humane manner
PSNews - Lieutenent General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security paid a working visit on November 11 afternoon to the Ninh Khanh Prison of the General Department of Verdict Execution and Judicial Assistance.

At the meeting, a representative of the Ninh Khanh Prison Directorate briefed delegates on results of the prison staff’s implementation of their assigned tasks over the past time. According to the report, despite various difficulties, officers and soldiers of the Ninh Khanh Prison have exerted all-out efforts to fulfill their assignments.
On behalf of the Central Party Committee of Public Security and the Ministry of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son praised the outstanding achievements of the staff of the Ninh Khanh Prison.

He instructed the Ninh Khanh Prison to focus on drawing up plans to protect the prison and ensure the security in the coming time, while continuously improving expertise and professional abilities for all superintendents, and enhancing Party building and force building.
Young soldiers should study hard, learn from each other's experiences, and strictly follow the Public Security Regulations. He said, "Education and rehabilitation of prisoners is now considered a core issue. Therefore, officers and soldiers of the Ninh Khanh Prison in particular and other prisons in general should educate them in a humane manner, helping them to fix their past mistakes."
Additionally, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son hoped that the staff of the Ninh Khanh Prison will closely cooperate with local authorities in ensuring local social order and safety.
