Accordingly, the beneficiaries were 4 prisoners serving sentences at the prison.
On the afternoon of the same day, Dinh Thanh Prison (under the Ministry of Public Security) announced the Decision on early conditional release for 36 prisoners.
Earlier, leaders of the two prisons set up working teams to work with the localities to receive the early-released prisoners in order to well manage them after returning home.

Early conditional release is a legal provision for prisoners serving sentences who have made progress in working, learning and observing the regulations at prisons. This is a judicial measure in the execution of imprisonment sentences that expresses the humanity and clemency policy of the Party and State and contributes to preventing and fighting against crimes as well as re-educating prisoners.
Under the regulations, early-released prisoners still have to serve their probationary periods, whose length depends on their sentences; As a result, they are put under the supervision and management of local authorities. Those who intentionally commit crimes or are administratively fined twice shall be returned to prison to serve the remaining time of their imprisonment sentences.
