At the meetings, leaders of the provincial police briefed the deputy minister and delegates on the results of their implementation of the two above-mentioned projects over the past time.
Accordingly, the provincial police have sent mobile teams to issue e-ID cards to people in remote areas, thereby attracting a large number of people. The delegates also discussed and shared working experiences and approaches to overcome shortcomings and difficulties in issuing new ID cards for local people in mountainous and remote areas.
At the moment, the e-ID card project has been implemented by the police of all districts, towns and cities in the provinces. Many localities accelerate the ID card issuance for people by working from early morning to late evening.
