Speaking at the meeting, Le Huu Phuoc, Head of the Binh Duong Provincial Commission for information and Education highly appreciated the contribution of the local press and media  to local socio-economic development in 2016.

Accordingly, Binh Duong-based press agencies accompanied local Party committees and authorities at all levels, and local organizations and people to deploy Party policies and State laws into daily life. On one hand, the press and media encouraged and praised outstanding organizations and individuals; on the other hand, they actively reflected existing local limitations and suggested ideas as well as solutions.

Le Huu Phuoc also proposed nationwide press agencies to continue innovating their contents and forms in order to improve press publications’ quality to provide the public with exact information in a timely and efficient manner.

Same day, province leaders also sent thank you letters to Central-level press and media agencies operating in Binh Duong, including the Public Security Newspaper, for their great contribution to the local socio-economic development in 2016.
