Public Security Trade Union organizes music and art festival

PSNews - On the occasion of the 88th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28th 1929-2017), the Public Security Trade Union chapter on June 16th held the 6th Art Performance Festival for Workers in the North.

Speaking at the opening of the festival, Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Muoi stressed that the music performance festival was one of the meaningful political activities to honor and encourage members of trade unions and all workers working in the Public Security Forces.

During 72 years of construction and development of the Public Security Forces, public security civilian officials and workers have serve as the main force in production activities and combat support force, making a significant contribution to the task accomplishment of the whole Public Security Forces by the Party and People.
This year’s event drew the participation of 11 basic-level trade union organizations with 440.
At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to four outstanding Trade Union basic-level organizations namely the Nghe An Provincial Police, Hai Phong Municipal Police, Mobile Police High Command and Office of Ministry of Public Security.
