| Emulation Grouping 3 under the Ministry of Public Security handing over playground for children in Ngoc My commune, Tan Lac district, Hoa Binh province. |
The activities were part of a drive called “Voluntary journey named after Uncle (Ho)” held by Emulation Grouping 3 under the Ministry of Public Security.
During the drive, the young public security officers organized events to disseminate the traffic laws to children in Ngoc My commune in various and interesting forms. The young officers simulated traffic situations by pictures to raise the local children and their parents’ awareness of traffic safety.
Besides, the young police officers of Emulation Grouping 3 presented 5 gifts, worth 10 million VND each, to 5 students with difficulties.
A children's playground with toys and teaching aids, worth 40 million VND was also handed over to Ngoc My Kindergarten, while a playground worth 15 million VND was also built for children in Bieng village, Ngoc My commune.
These meaningful activities were highly appreciated by local people.
