Since September 2019, the Quang Binh Provincial Police Department has deployed 461 professional police officers to the province’s communes and towns in four phases.

Senior Colonel Tran Hai Quan, Director of the Quang Binh Provincial Police Department urged officers at all communal police posts to raise their sense of responsibility for work, overcome difficulties and further improve their qualifications, to successfully fulfill all assigned tasks.
Senior Colonel Tran Hai Quan also called on local authorities to create favorable working conditions for police officers at communal police posts.
The deployment of professional police officers to communes is a major policy of the Politburo, the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security to ensure security and order at the grassroots level.
