Quang Binh Provincial Police build preschool in border area

The Provincial Police Department of Quang Binh and generous individuals from Hanoi on May 22 inaugurated Sao Sang – Ta Leng preschool in Dan Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district.

The inauguration ceremony saw the presence of Senior Colonel Tran Hai Quan, Director of the Quang Binh Provincial Police Department; benefactors, leaders of relevant provincial agencies and organizations and teachers, students at the preschool.
The building of the preschool, which started 6 months ago, cost more than VND 500 million.
The new school will hopefully attract more local children.
This is the second school that the Provincial Police of Quang Binh and their partners have funded for over the past 2 years.
