Secondary facility of People’s Police Academy to be constructed in Vĩnh Phúc province

September 7th , Lieutenant General Bùi Văn Thành, Deputy Minister of Public Security led the delegation of the Ministry of Public Security to work with the People's Police Academy (PPA) and Vĩnh Phúc provincial leaders discussing the construction of the secondary facility of People's Police Academy in Tam Dương district, Vĩnh Phúc province.

The meeting was held with the participation of leader Vĩnh Phúc: Mr. Nguyễn Văn Trì, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyễn Ngọc Bình, Vice Chairman of People's Council; Vũ Chí Giang, Vice Chairman of Vĩnh Phúc Provincial People’s Committee ...

In 2012, the Ministry of Public Security has approved the plan to construct the People's Police Academy in Tam Duong district, Vĩnh Phúc province.

It is expected to be the formal training facility for undergraduate of People's Police Academy, specializing in combat operations ... In addition, it is supposed to serve as working and teaching, scientific research facility, accommodating 870 staff members and teachers (in total 1605 ones) of the People's Police Academy. It is expected to ensure student’s activities such as studying, physical training, and accommodate 9000 students (in total 15,000 ).  Project is built in an area of 101.28 ha.

At the meeting, leaders of Vĩnh Phúc province and the Ministry of Public Security has discussed and exchanged the issues relating to transportation infrastructure, compensation, land clearance and investment.

Leaders of Vĩnh Phúc would facilitate to support capital investments in this facility. They included it in the medium-term portfolio investment for provincial Department of Public Security and Fire Police of this province.
