Students of People's Police Academy practice shooting and martial arts

PSNews - In order to become an elite People's Police officer,, Students of the People's Police Academy have to work hard to complete their duties both in classroom and in the training field
Students of the People's Police Academy is taking part in a shooting training on the field. Shooting is an indispensable fighting skill of the Public Security Forces.
As part of the training, martial art and military teachers spend a lot of time instructing students how to master guns and to shoot, especially sighting and puling trigger. 
Lieutenant Colonel Le Quang Ba, leader of the Military Subject belongs to the Military Martial Arts Sub-Department of the People's Police Academy said the skill of pulling the trigger is very important as it directly affects the performance of each shot.

Students of in-service course No.30 A4B1 are attentively listening to the instructions before practicing.

Shooting is a difficult subject that requires physical strength, skills and strong will. During the training sessions, the trainees will have the opportunity to load and unload guns, and practice shooting.

At first sight, female students might be worse at shooting compared to male students due to physical strengths. However, "thanks to the help of the instructors, I have completed my shooting and overcome both physical and psychological barriers", said Nguyen Thuy Duong, student of class A4B1. 

Students of in-service course B7 K31 are practicing basic combating skills such as rolling and crawling. Students have to practice for hours under the blazing sun in order to firmly grasp the technique.


Apart from shooting, students of the People's Police Academy also need to practice martial art, which is one of the important training contents, in 240 hours
Senior Colonel Nguyen Duc Tang, Head of the Military Martial Art Sub-Department is instructing techniques to students. According to Senior Colonel Tang, students always comprehend the importance of martial art which to actively protect themselves and attack the criminals.
Students of D39 are practicing combat techniques. Students have to undergo many pains in order to master the techniques of fighting.

In order to grasp the skills of fighting, students have to keep practicing them for many years.
