Tan Son Nhat International Airport Police help poor people in Long An

PSNews – The Tan Son Nhat International Airport Police Station on March 19 in collaboration with the Long An Provincial Police and Long An province’s Duc Hue district authorities handed 200 gifts, worth 120 million VND in total, to local policy beneficiaries and poor students.

According to Colonel Tran Van Dung, head of the Tan Son Nhat International Airport Police Station, the activity was part of the program in celebration of the 109th anniversary of the International Women's Day (March 8) and 88th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26).

In addition to the gifts to policy beneficiaries and poor students in My Quy Dong commune of Duc Hue district, officers of the Tan Son Nhat International Airport Police Station also helped locals clean up rural roads in My Quy Dong commune.

On the occasion, the Long An Provincial People Committee and Police Department awarded 5 individuals and collectives of the Tan Son Nhat International Airport Police Station  for their excellent contributions to charity activities in Long An province.
