Tay Ninh to step up theft prevention

PSNews – The Tay Ninh Provincial Police on February 16 held a conference to roll out plans and regulations on performing theft prevention and combat tasks in the 2017-2020 period.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Colonel Ly Hong Sinh, Deputy Director of the Tay Ninh Provincial Police, urged all local police units to strictly and comprehensively implement theft prevention and combat measures.
The police force in Tay Ninh was also asked to focus on dissemination activities, aiming to raise populace’s sense of property self-protection and to encourage local citizens to actively report crime cases.

The Deputy Director asked the force to step up patrol so as to maintain safe social order and security of the locality at night.
Besides, Senior Colonel Ly Hong Sinh also urged all units to investigate inter-provincial scooter robbery and theft cases, in which thieves sell stolen and robbed scooters to Cambodia.
