The General Department of Logistics-Techniques organizes Sport Festival

PSNews - The General Department of Logistics-Techniques on June 13^th held a sport festival in Hanoi. This is a central activity in celebration of the 70^th Traditional Day of the logistics- techniques sector of the public security force (January 25^th 1948-2018).

Lieutenant General Le Van Minh, Director of the General Department of Logistics-Techniques and leaders of units under the General Department attended the event.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Lieutenant General Le Van Minh stressed that sport movements in the units of the General Department of Logistics-Techniques have constantly been developing over the years. Units have tried their best to create favorable conditions for officers and soldiers to play sports after work.

The sport festival is also a chance to find outstanding and potential athletes for the team of the General Department to participate in the ministerial-level tournaments organized by Ministry of Public Security.

The sport festival will last till June 15th with 5 sport events, namely Tug of War, Chess, Table Tennis, Badminton and Tennis, and has drawn nearly 500 athletes from all units under the General Department.
