Senior Colonel Le Van Vu, Deputy Director of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police Department affirmed that the handover of gratitude house to the family of heroic martyr Tran Xuan Mien reflected the Vietnamese traditional living philosophy "When drinking water, remember its source," helping the relatives of martyr Mien with a warm home to live and soon stabilize their life.
