Tra Vinh Provincial Police train fire fighting skills for civil defence force

PSNews – The Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Office under the Provincial Police Department of Tra Vinh opened a training course for the local civil defence force.

The training course has drawn the participation of some 220 members of local civil defence force. During the course, participants are equipped with regulations on fire prevention and fighting, operational regimes of fire engines, meaning and use of fighters’ costumes, fire safety regulations in populous areas, and escape skills.
The course, which will last on November 12, aims to train the local civil defence force in effectively using available fire fighting tools and means, contributing to raising the public awareness of fire safety and prevention as well as handling fire and explosion incidents in the locality promptly and effectively.
